Located at 188A King’s Road, London, SW3 5XP, the REIS Jewellery store marks the brand’s inaugural presence in the UK, introducing Turkish elegance to London’s Chelsea district. The project entailed transforming a prominent retail space into a luxurious jewellery boutique that reflects REIS Jewellery’s commitment to blending traditional craftsmanship with modern sophistication.
Fit-Out Details:
- Interior Works: The fit-out encompassed the installation of new flooring, construction of a WC, and comprehensive plumbing and electrical systems. Security measures were enhanced with the integration of alarm and CCTV systems. The interior design featured bespoke joinery and custom-built furniture displays, meticulously crafted to showcase the brand’s exquisite jewellery collections.
- Mechanical and Electrical Systems: A new air conditioning unit was installed to ensure optimal climate control, enhancing customer comfort. The MEP works were executed to meet the high standards expected in luxury retail environments.
- External Signage: The project’s scope included the design, planning application, and installation of external signage, ensuring compliance with local regulations and enhancing the store’s visibility on King’s Road.
