Situated within the Wood Wharf district, this project involved the transformation of the ground floor and basement levels of a high-rise residential building into a vibrant food court complex. The venue features a jazz bar, a fully equipped main bar, a grocery store, and eight individual kiosks, each equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen facilities. The scope of work encompassed comprehensive HVAC systems, sprinkler systems, and meticulous coordination with Canary Wharf Management to ensure seamless integration within the existing infrastructure.β
