The development is situated on chalk formation ground, necessitating extensive excavation work. The project includes the installation of soakaways and the construction of retaining walls to manage groundwater and soil stability effectively. A reinforced concrete basement car park will provide secure parking facilities for residents, with nine residential flats constructed above.​

The building’s framework consists of an off-site manufactured timber frame, allowing for precise control over the manufacturing process and expediting on-site installation. This method enables the structure to become visibly established swiftly, offering an efficient and effective construction approach.
